Right Brain vs. Left Brain
Here is a cool site I found while doing anatomy homework. Really great way to test which side of your brain you use more.
http://www.news.com.au/heraldsun/sto...81-661,00.html
I noticed that if I think about some complicated math problem I am able to change the spin of the dancer to counterclockwise; thinking or looking at a photo past family photo I've seen makes it spin clockwise.
Ok lets see which side of the brain everyone uses on Guru

If you are having a hard time seeing the change in rotation, think of other stuff or look at something else to start a thought. Don't focus on the dancer's spin, it won't help.

Most of us would see the dancer turning anti-clockwise though you can try to focus and change the direction; see if you can do it.

She keeps spinning Clockwise for me but I can make her stop almost on command... though I don't see the change in rotation at all.

Are you all looking at the dancer? Chances are you are focusing too much on the rotation, which is not the point of the test. Try going to some sites that will open some thought or just think about something smart, but don't focus your whole attention at the dancer. Do some simple math, but nothing obvious like " 1+1 ", thats how I change the rotation to counter-clockwise.

I can make her switch back and fourth nearly at my command, I just look at her foot and she goes the other way, and it's trippy because if I jolt my eyes some she'll go the other way again right before them. But at the start it was spinning clockwise.
----
Haha, It's true. I stared at it some more trying things, I can seriously make her move either way nearly at command. Odd cause I'm really good in science but I suck at math, and yeah.. I guess I use aspects from both sides of the brain very often, just not all of them always.

Upon first viewing that thing I saw it spinning clockwise, but once I started putting thought into it I could change the direction pretty easily just by looking at the foot and its shadow seeing how it hits the "ground" and how it could spin either way.

That is SO freaky. How on earth does that work?
I can sorta get her to change on command by either thinking about God or math. Odd though, I consider myself more of a left brained person but it spun clockwise by default.

At first she was spinning anti-clockwise, then after I read the details, she started to spin clockwise.... weird XD and fun.

of course my first thought was ....oooh nipples.
what brain is that? o_O
Edit:
wow this is the trippiest thing ever. I can switch it when i want, but it still messes with me

Odd, anytime I stop focusing on that dancer (say, I switch tabs or scroll down) she spins in the opposite direction. Started counter-clockwise, then clockwise, then switched back etc.
I'd like to know how the illusion was done though, very strange image.
Edit: I use both hemispheres equally, according to the list. That explains a few things.

She's always going clockwise ~~
I can't understand how she can be going in both directions. And why is she randomly stopping?
She can only go one way. Watch her hair going clockwise.
DAMN this is messing with both halves of my brain. Finally got her to rotate anti-clockwise. If you look closely and concentrate at the space between her feet and the shadow of her feet she'll turn.

That means you don't think with your brain, you think with .. eh..... something else.
She spins clockwise for me, I can't even force her to spin the other way,
